We first saw Catchy, and her brother Noche, hanging around our back alley, in early winter 2007, their eyes big with hunger. A few bowls of cat food led to a sleeping bag in the garage, led to a wood-burning stove in the garage to keep them warm every winter…..led to ten years of enjoying our beautiful girl (and some permanent scars after being ‘kneaded’ half to death with her razor-sharp little claws). After a brief battle with cancer, we said goodbye to her November 24th. She is missed very much.
